Deep Tide TechFlow News, April 22nd, according to TechCrunch, AI research laboratory NeoCognition announced the completion of a $40 million seed round funding, led jointly by Cambium Capital and Walden Catalyst Ventures, with participation from Vista Equity Partners and others. The company was founded by Ohio State University professor Yu Su and others, with a core focus on enabling AI agents to build “world models” of specific environments through practical operational experience, rather than relying solely on general pre-training, to improve task execution reliability. NeoCognition currently primarily targets the enterprise market, planning to provide embeddable AI agent systems for SaaS companies.
