These past couple of days, I fell into my old habits again: I want to sell as soon as there's a pullback in spot, and I want to add when contracts are pulling. As a result, I either sell too early or get liquidated and educated. To put it simply, position management boils down to one thing: don't let any itch make you wipe out your patience for the week. Only when your position is small enough for you to sleep soundly should you hold on; contracts are even simpler—before opening, think clearly about "how much you're willing to lose," write it down, if you don't write it, it means you haven't thought it through. Recently, on-chain data tools and label systems have also been criticized for being laggy and misleading. I now treat them as references, not commandments... I need to be reminded: discipline isn't something you follow only when your emotions are good; it's even more necessary when your emotions are bad. That's all for now, go back and double-check the authorizations and records.
