When you are emotionally stable enough, external disturbances are often difficult to influence you. Many times, this is actually a psychological contest: someone tries to influence your judgment by creating anxiety, panic, or impatience, causing you to make decisions in an irrational state, thus falling into the other person's rhythm. Conversely, if you can stay calm and clear-headed, not being led by emotions, then the other person's strategies and tactics are often ineffective. When interacting with others, there's no need to deliberately engage in low-quality entanglements. Focusing your time and energy on more important and valuable things will be more conducive to your growth and improvement. The true focus is not "who to fight against," but to maintain your own rhythm and judgment, and not be easily swayed by external influences.
