Just now, I was checking on-chain data, and even though the blocks were moving, the interface just "stuck" for a moment and didn't update. I thought the network was having issues again... Later, I realized it was probably the indexer/Subgraph catching up; the data isn't coming directly from the chain in real-time, someone has to scan logs and push them into the database first. Plus, with RPC rate limiting, when there are too many requests, they get queued or dropped, and the front end is like a radio tuning station—noise levels go up and down. Recently, the testnet's bunch of token enthusiasts overwhelmed the API, which is normal; everyone is betting on whether the mainnet will issue tokens. Anyway, now I just take a deep breath for three seconds before checking data, to avoid getting frustrated over "not refreshed" and making a mistake.
