I just saw that Solaris Energy Infrastructure has made an interesting move in the United States. Recently, specifically on April 8th, this company signed an amendment to its loan agreement with the lender. Basically, they adjusted the original credit terms.
They filed it with the SEC as required in the United States. Honestly, when a company makes these changes to the loan terms, it usually means they are looking to optimize something in the financing structure. I’m not exactly sure how significant this move is for the energy sector, but it seems they are reorganizing their debt.
Has anyone else been following this company, or is this the first time you’ve seen it?
