Actually, everyone understands that social mining/points are ultimately just about exchanging time for a potentially useful badge of identity.


But I still get itchy and click on the task platform a couple of times, only to see a bunch of requirements from the anti-witch group: binding, interaction, consecutive check-ins... instantly feeling like clocking in for work.
Airdrop season makes it even more exaggerated; everyone in the group is competing, and I’m drawing paths while thinking: I’m not even this diligent researching MEV.
Now I’ve set a simple rule for myself: only spend one night a week casually doing tasks, and the rest of the time I’d rather look at on-chain data, at least to avoid being drained by badges.
Anyway, missing out is just missing out, so I’ll keep a good mindset first.
