BlockBeats News, April 21 — According to Reuters, SpaceX’s IPO prospectus shows that President Gwynne Shotwell’s total compensation last year reached $85.8 million, making her one of the highest-paid executives in the United States. Shotwell also serves as Chief Operating Officer, with a base salary of $1 million, while most of her compensation comes from stock options and bonuses. The prospectus summary indicates that Chief Financial Officer Bret Johnson’s total salary was $9.8 million; meanwhile, Elon Musk, the largest shareholder and CEO of SpaceX, paid himself only $54,080.
