The U.S. government has started to refund import taxes previously collected, up to approximately $166 billion, after the Supreme Court ruled Trump's policies illegal.
About 330,000 businesses, involving 53 million shipments, may be eligible for refunds.
Trump's achievements from the start of his second term to now:
