I find that I am also a typical loss-averse person: when I have unrealized gains, I act like I didn't see them; before sleeping, I even think "don't get carried away," but as soon as I have a small unrealized loss, my mind automatically starts imagining the worst-case scenario. The less I want to look at the market, the more I can't help but click to check... To put it simply, losses feel like "deducting points," while gains are just "adding points," and losing points is more painful to see.

Recently, in the group, we've been discussing testnet incentives, point expectations, and some people are guessing whether the mainnet will issue tokens. It's actually quite similar to this psychology: when points don't increase, there's anxiety; when they do, there's fear of it being a final empty promise. Anyway, my current approach is to split my positions into smaller parts, write simple rules if I can, and avoid staring at a few on-chain data points across chains out of emotion... That's it for now. Feel free to bring data to prove me wrong.
