The maritime analysis company based in the UK, Windward, released a report on April 19th stating that Iran briefly reopened the Strait of Hormuz and then closed it again. In the past 36 hours, 35 ships have turned back and headed in the opposite direction while exiting the strait. The report said that after Iran announced the closure of the strait again on April 18th, 13 ships turned back. On the same day, three incidents of ship attacks were also recorded.
