Just noticed Andrew L. Nemeth, the CEO at Patrick Industries, filed some insider activity last month. The filing itself was a bit odd with the numbers, but it caught my attention since insider moves can be telling sometimes.

Patrick Industries makes building materials for RVs and manufactured housing - pretty niche sector but they've been doing decent. Revenue growth hit 8.31% recently, which is solid for their space. What's interesting is the valuation situation. The P/E is sitting at 21.82, which is actually below industry average, and the P/S ratio of 0.81 is also discounted compared to peers.

That said, they're carrying a pretty heavy debt load with a 1.35 debt-to-equity ratio, so there's definitely some financial strain to keep an eye on. The gross margins are thin too at 22.13%. But when you look at Andrew L. Nemeth's position as CEO and these insider filings, it makes you wonder if there's confidence in the turnaround or just routine option exercises.

The stock was trading around $89.62 after the filing. Not sure if this insider activity means much given how the numbers looked, but Andrew L. Nemeth's moves are worth tracking if you're following this one. Anyone else watching Patrick Industries lately?
