#香港稳定币监管框架 Late-night Get Liquidated Alert: The lesson of 60,000 U wedding gift money dropping to zero overnight.

Recently saw a heartbreaking case. An investor sent a message in the early morning, saying that all 60000U in his account got liquidated during a pullback—that was all the money he had prepared for the betrothal gifts. $SOL

Looking through the transaction records, I found: 58000U full position bet, opened a 5x long position, no stop loss set. The market only retraced by 3 points, and the account directly dropped to zero. $ZEC

Many people believe that using all funds can earn faster, but in reality, this is the most dangerous way to operate. Going all-in is like driving a car without brakes; once a misjudgment occurs, there is no opportunity to adjust.

The core issue of getting liquidated often lies not in the leverage multiple, but in the position allocation.

For comparison:
With the same principal of 800U, if you use 750U to open a 5x position, a 6% reverse market fluctuation will Get Liquidated;
But if you only use 75U with 5x leverage, you need a reverse fluctuation of 86.7% to get liquidated, which shows nearly 12 times the difference in risk resistance.

This investor used 96.7% of the principal, and with 5x leverage, they couldn't withstand a normal pullback.

After experiencing multiple market fluctuations, I have summarized three practical position management principles. By the end of the year, not only did the principal not incur losses, but it also grew steadily by nearly 80%:

**1. Single investment should not exceed 7% of total funds**
Assuming the account has 6000U, the maximum position for a single trade is 420U. Even if a 7% stop loss is triggered, the loss would only be 29.4U, which won't be too damaging.

**2. Control a single loss within 1.1% of total capital**
For example, if you open a 5x leverage with 420U and set a 1% stop loss, the actual loss is about 8.4U, which is equivalent to 1.1% of the total funds. This stop loss is a stop loss, do not harbor any luck.

**3. Stay firmly in cash when the market is unclear**
Don’t blindly increase your position just because of profits. Wait for the trend to become clear before entering the market—such as when the daily line breaks a key level and is accompanied by trading volume, the winning rate will be much higher.

There was a trader who got liquidated for several months. After implementing these three principles, he managed to go from 3200U to 55000U in four months. He said something quite reasonable: "I used to think that going all in was a matter of life and death, but now I understand that true all-in thinking is to survive longer in the market."

The market is always there, but the capital is only one. Controlling positions and managing risks are the foundation for long-term profits.
