Bitmain probes and the solar storm—these two factors have disrupted the rhythm. Looking at the technicals, the 3-minute charts for BTC and ETH have come down from overbought levels, but the 4-hour charts are still twisting in a downtrend—this kind of market doesn’t look like it’s about to dump, nor does it look like it’s ready to rebound; it’s just stuck in a rut.
SOL’s RSI once shot up to 91 and is now pulling back, showing it was overheated. XRP and DOGE are flatter, with almost no movement.
The Fear & Greed Index is at 13, extreme fear. This is usually a contrarian signal, but the problem right now is that if any real bearish news hits, uncertainty fills the air. At times like this, the most comfortable move isn’t to guess the bottom, but to just stay out.
