System integrity and risk exposure were not affected, and all in-transit transactions submitted before the suspension have all been safely settled. Previously, USDT0 suspended the OFT bridging service as a precautionary measure pending the completion of the investigation into the KelpDAO rsETH incident, and emphasized that USDT0 has no risk exposure to this incident.
