This belongs to a different chain from the exchange platform. It is also the “H coin” on the chain where hackers mint additional tokens. Online search results indicate that this chain will very likely remain independently existing forever and cannot be exchanged across chains.

This is on the BSC chain. The hacker minted tens of millions—maybe even a few hundred million—more tokens. This chain might be abandoned in the future, so watch out for the risk. At first I didn’t really understand and I bought in. Later I looked into it specifically, and I ended up cutting my loss.

Exchanges' spot trading probably won't dump the market this aggressively; it's not surprising if on-chain balances increase by another 2 zeros, as coins outside can't come in.
