May 24, 2026, the Turkish Ministry of Trade issued Announcement No. 2026/16, confirming the second sunset review affirmative final ruling on anti-dumping duties for aluminum foil originating from China with a thickness of ≤0.2 millimeters, deciding to continue imposing a 22% anti-dumping duty based on CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) prices.
The Turkish tariff codes for the involved products are 7607.11 and 7607.19.
The measures take effect from the date of announcement and are valid for five years.
