Golden Finance reports that on June 9th, Metaplanet CEO Simon Gerovich stated that BTC yield is our core KPI, and our capital allocation strategy revolves around maximizing this metric to create value for shareholders. Stock buybacks are a key component of our capital allocation policy (established on October 28, 2025). As disclosed, when mNAV is below 1.0x, we will actively consider repurchasing common shares to maximize BTC yield, and the lower the mNAV, the stronger the potential upside effect.
Stock buybacks remain an important tool in our capital allocation policy. Of course, any buyback activity must comply with applicable insider trading and disclosure rules, including restrictions on material non-public information (MNPI) and the necessary monthly disclosure requirements. Therefore, before formal disclosure, we cannot comment on the specific timing, status, or execution of any buyback.
