Michael Saylor said Bitcoin's decline reflects capital rotation, not impairment. Bitcoin has tanked over 14% in one week and 22.7% in four weeks. Saylor pointed to approximately $400 billion in AI infrastructure funding and $4 billion in U.S. spot Bitcoin ETF outflows since mid-May.
