Michael Saylor sold 32 Bitcoin in a bear market in 2026. Bitcoin fell from 74,000 to 59,000, a 20% drop over 6 days.
And the impact was so strong that it created a state of intense fear—not because of the amount of 32 Bitcoin.
Imagine if the same scenario repeats at the end of the next cycle in 2029/2030, but instead of selling 32 Bitcoin, he sells only 32,000 Bitcoin out of his total holdings of approximately 845,256 Bitcoin.
Put this possibility into your plans if you intend to invest and stay in the market during the next cycle, because I expect him to significantly exit Bitcoin at the upcoming Bitcoin peak. And I expect Michael Saylor to start selling as Bitcoin approaches its previous high of 126,000, and I expect the quantity to be more than what we think.
Keep this scenario in front of you throughout the entire upcoming cycle, starting from the next halving. Pay close attention.
Saylor won’t be able to keep buying continuously. He will have to enter a stage of institutional selling. And I hope that when the sell-off happens, he sells gradually like institutions—over long periods, at each rise—and not in one lump sum, because that would cause a tsunami that this market has never seen before.
Also consider the possibility that the next cycle could be a major distribution/dump cycle, and that a large part of Saylor’s accumulation—at least 100,000 Bitcoin—might be sold, and you’ve already seen the psychological impact of 32 Bitcoin for yourself.
And his wallet is exposed and tracked by everyone.
A reminder: don’t forget this scenario and this potential risk, because in a few months you’ll forget this post.
And from the basics of risk management: first identify the risks, then set a plan for how to deal with these risks, and include Saylor in your risk calculations for the next cycle.
Because simply put, the shadow whales—whom we know very little about—will not ignore the size of Saylor, and there will be a rush to sell: whoever sells first, and the small traders and investors—that is us—are always the ones who end up as victims.
