Bloomberg: SBF officially submits pardon application to Trump

Golden Finance reports that, according to Bloomberg, FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried has officially submitted a presidential pardon application through the proper channels. SBF is currently serving a 25-year sentence, and his family has been lobbying the Trump administration for several months. Trump explicitly stated in January this year that he has no intention of pardoning SBF, and several pro-crypto Republican members of Congress also strongly oppose it, considering the move highly politically sensitive.
