As FairShares develops, we focus on building the core elements of a reliable on-chain financial layer step by step. The roadmap reflects this progression — starting with result activation, then moving to token ownership, and ultimately expanding to broader liquidity and institutional coordination. Each phase is built upon the last, creating a clearer path toward a more transparent and participatory corporate finance ecosystem.

Phase 1: Infrastructure & Initiation (Q4 2025)
The journey begins with establishing the basic system for institutional on-chain finance.

FairShares will develop a custodian engine and core results, enabling companies to securely implement their digital assets on-chain. At the same time, institutional-level risk controls — including monitoring, modeling, and external audits — will be implemented in collaboration with trusted partners.

Phase 2: Ecosystem Activation (Q1 2026)
With infrastructure in place, FairShares will activate its first ecosystem components.

The FairShares DAPP will be launched with support for multiple on-chain equity assets, enabling new mechanisms for liquidity bootstrapping and community distribution. Simultaneously, a cross-chain results aggregation layer will be deployed, allowing treasury teams to access diversified BTC-Fi, DeFi, and RWA strategies through a unified interface.

Phase 3: Integrated Liquidity Layer (Q2 2026)
The next stage focuses on connecting liquidity across the global on-chain and off-chain financial systems.

FairShares will introduce a programmable settlement layer (SDK) that allows companies and financial institutions to integrate directly into its infrastructure. This will enable interoperability between treasury yield strategies and on-chain equity markets — opening the door to advanced use cases such as yield-funded share buybacks and programmable corporate actions.

Phase 4: Institutional Coordination Layer (Q3 2026)
The final stage establishes FairShares as a coordination structure for on-chain corporate finance.

FairShares will provide a comprehensive financial layer for on-chain equity, including distribution, liquidity bootstrap, and yield optimization. This phase consolidates corporate treasuries, asset managers, and DeFi networks under a single, verifiable standard — enabling institutions and communities to operate within a transparent, programmable, and interconnected on-chain ecosystem.
