Radio public channel recordings near the Strait of Hormuz indicate that on the 24th, the U.S. military still issued warning shots to ships entering or leaving Iranian ports, forcing one vessel to remain in waters near Iran's Chabahar port.
London-based Winward Maritime Analytics stated that despite reports suggesting a possible agreement between the U.S. and Iran, there has been no significant change in the passage situation through the Strait of Hormuz.
Satellite images obtained by the company show that large oil tankers are still anchored near Iranian islands such as Larak Island in the northern Strait of Hormuz or in key navigational positions, with only a few ships entering or leaving the strait, mostly small cargo ships.
