Pi Network integrated with Banxa for direct fiat purchases in early 2026

In early 2026, Pi Network integrated Banxa (a regulated fiat-to-cryptocurrency payment service provider) and directly connected it to Pi Wallet, enabling its over 60 million users to buy Pi using credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and bank transfers.
This partnership eliminated the friction previously caused by the need for separate exchange accounts and multiple verification steps, allowing users to complete fiat-to-Pi transactions with a single click within a familiar wallet interface.
Banxa covers over 100 countries and supports more than 50 fiat currencies, with different payment options available in various regions.
This integration removed a significant barrier in emerging markets, especially in Southeast Asia, Africa, and Latin America—areas where users often cannot access traditional cryptocurrency exchanges and prefer mobile-based solutions.
