Recently, I've seen people watching large on-chain transfers and hot and cold wallets on exchanges, immediately saying "Smart money is coming / about to run," but I tend to think more about the stability coin situation: if something really goes wrong, it's often not the price that tells you first, but the sentiment that squeezes you out first. Frankly, reserve transparency is something no one pays serious attention to normally; by the time the rumors start, and people start reviewing reports and audits, it's already half a beat too late. De-pegging is often like a stampede; people may not think it’s truly broken, but everyone fears being the last to be able to exit. Anyway, my current approach is: prefer to spread out across several, take it slow, and not push all liquidity into the one that "looks the most stable," because sleeping well is more important.
