What does it really mean to be yourself? Many people think it equals: doing whatever you want, not caring about others' opinions, expressing genuine emotions, I am just like this, but often, these are just unorganized instincts.


Being truly yourself means, after seeing the world clearly, still not betraying your core structure: knowing what you truly value; not constantly changing to seek approval; able to engage with the real world without being swallowed up; maintaining your direction even in loneliness; even if external changes are huge, your core remains stable.
