Bitcoin ETF Outflows Hit $648.6M After CLARITY Act Senate Committee Vote

US spot Bitcoin ETFs posted $648.6 million in net outflows on May 18 even after the Senate Banking Committee advanced the CLARITY Act by a 15-9 vote on May 14. BlackRock's IBIT accounted for $448.4 million of the single-day exit, while ARKB and FBTC lost $109.6 million and $63.4 million. CoinShares reported $1.07 billion of weekly digital asset product outflows, with Bitcoin accounting for $982 million.
