There was a time when I saw a pool on STONfi with an APR that looked too attractive to pass by. The number was such that my eyes lit up. I thought, how can I not enter. And I entered.

The first days everything was great. The number held, my mood too. I was already mentally picturing how everything would grow and make me happy. But then the token in the pair started jumping. At first a little, then more. And my beautiful APR began to melt along with my peace of mind.

I did not lose everything, but I understood an important thing. Behind a big number there is always either big activity or big volatility. And while activity is not bad, volatility can eat up everything that has dripped in. Especially when you enter on emotions without figuring things out.

I exited the pool calmly, without panic, but with a conclusion. Now when I see cosmic numbers on STONfi, I first look at what tokens are in the pair. If both are understandable and do not jump like crazy, I can consider it. If one of them is unfamiliar to me, I pass by.

This case did not discourage me from using pools. On the contrary, it taught me to treat bright numbers more calmly. STONfi shows everything as it is. And the rest is up to you.
