Crypto界网消息，据nada news发文，日本金融厅于5月22日公布修订《资金结算法》相关政令和内阁府令，相关规则将于6月1日起施行或适用。此次制度配套涵盖稳定币等电子支付手段、加密资产及电子支付手段服务中介、资金转移业务等。其中，特定信托受益权型电子支付手段的储备资产可在一定条件下运用于国债及可提前解约定期存款，并明确配置比例上限和本金保护要求新设中介业也明确了注册、用户说明和保护规则。
