Tom Lee: Bitmine is expected to be included in the Russell 1000 large-cap stock index

Golden Finance reported that on May 23, Tom Lee, Chairman of BitMine, the largest treasury for Ethereum, said that FTSE Russell released its preliminary list of index constituents for inclusion and removal.

• BitMine has been listed and is expected to be added to the large-cap index—Russell 1000.
• The market capitalization of $BMNR has exceeded the minimum threshold required for inclusion in the large-cap index ($5.7 billion).
• Many active fund managers only invest in Russell 1000 index constituents.
  In addition, it is estimated that 20% to 25% of a stock’s market value is typically held by passive index funds or ETFs.
