Recently, whenever the price starts to rise, I get itchy hands, and that phrase in my mind, "If I don't buy now, I won't have the chance," is especially loud.

Then I force myself to stop for 5 minutes and ask: Is the push to increase my position coming from information or emotion?
Honestly, many times it's just FOMO wearing a "research" disguise.

These days, some people interpret large on-chain transfers and unusual movements in exchange hot and cold wallets as "smart money," and I also look at them, but after viewing, it's easier to get carried away...
Large transfers don't necessarily indicate direction, and hot/cold wallet movements could just be moving assets.
The real question to ask is: Is this project genuinely being used and increasing in value, or are people just telling stories to each other?

I don't need to be understood; I just want to clearly define my boundaries: not changing my plan because of others' screenshots and hype.
If I miss out, I miss out; at least I won't let emotions place my trades.
