These days I've been itching to chase the rally again, almost couldn't hold back my fingers from clicking.

But I stopped myself first: am I really seeing new information, or is it just pure emotion pushing my position?
Honestly, what I fear missing the most isn't actually the opportunity, but myself pretending to be rational when I know I'm overexposed.
Recently, hardware wallets are out of stock, phishing links are everywhere, everyone's security awareness has improved, but trading has become more relaxed...
My current simple method is: if I want to add to my position, I first write down the reason.
If I can't come up with a reason, I close the candlestick chart and go drink water.
That's how I do it for now.
