Ministry of Transport holds a Party Group meeting, chaired by Liu Wei, proposing that during the 14th Five-Year Plan, efforts should focus on improving the modern comprehensive transportation system, promoting integration and fusion, safety, digital intelligence upgrades, and green transformation to provide technological support for modernization. Emphasize the connotative development of highways, digital intelligence empowerment, and reform and innovation, accelerate the construction of a modern highway system; coordinate water transportation and international shipping, improve water transportation networks and channels, and build a modern water transportation system.
