Boerse Stuttgart Group's Seturion announces a strategic partnership with Societe Generale, SG-Forge, and FlatexDegiro to expand blockchain securities settlement in Europe. The platform will enable tokenized securities trading among the partners, supporting both public and private blockchains, and will settle using stablecoins and central bank currencies compliant with MiCA. Societe Generale plans to issue tokenized structured securities through Seturion, expected to be traded on relevant European exchanges. This cooperation will bring more issuers, stablecoin settlements, and retail order flow, helping Europe test blockchain securities settlement under regulatory conditions.
