These days, the group is again talking about stablecoin regulation, reserve audits, de-pegging rumors... When I get nervous, I want to run. Instead, I remind myself first: don’t just focus on the K-line, the end-of-year tax/reporting stuff is more likely to drive you crazy. When it’s really time to supplement transaction records, I realize I’ve been moving between on-chain and off-chain, spot and derivatives, across platforms, and I’ve lost all the screenshots.

Now I’ve developed a habit: every time there’s a big fluctuation, especially during liquidation cascades, I casually export the day’s transaction details and save a copy, then add a line explaining “why I entered / why I exited.” Honestly, it’s not about calculating everything precisely, but about being able to explain it later. Don’t wait until the end of the year, flipping through wallet addresses until your eyes blur, with a worse mindset than a liquidation… Just do it like this for now.
