Lately, instead of paying attention to whether project teams are working seriously, I’ve been focusing on how the treasury is spending money. It’s not that “spending less = good,” but rather whether the money aligns with the milestones: for example, if they need to do integration or attract developers, expenses should gradually shift to auditing/development/ecosystem, rather than a long-term lump sum of “market cooperation” or “consulting fees” lumped together. To put it plainly, those who can break down the accounts clearly and explain them stage by stage at least show the right attitude.



Recently, the narrative around modularization and the DA layer has become popular again, developers are quite excited, but users look confused… I think these projects need to be approached more carefully: storytelling is easy, but delivery depends on stacking small daily milestones. Anyway, I’ve lowered my expectations now; if I see “delivered as planned + transparent spending,” I’ll give a passing mark first. Otherwise, I’ll just see it as walking in fog, taking it slow.
