Recently, while working on crypto, I got caught again by the "on-chain data" trap: I clearly just interacted, but the browser didn't display anything for a long time, almost thought it didn't succeed... It wasn't until later that I realized that many of the "on-chain" data you see are actually intermediated by nodes, RPCs, and indexes—any one of these links being blocked can make you think the world has stopped. Basically: the chain isn't late, the information might be.

Recently, AI Agents and automated trading have been quite popular, with some people hyping them up wildly, but I'm more concerned about what data sources they actually use, whether failures will retry repeatedly, and if the signature pop-ups are just a bunch of clutter. Anyway, my current approach is pretty rough: wait two more minutes for key operations, switch to a different entry point to check records, and don't let the "not showing = nothing happened" thing mess with my mindset. That's it for now.
