Techub News reports that, according to TechCrunch, productivity software Notion has launched a new developer platform that supports teams in building custom AI agents, connecting external data sources, and creating automated multi-step workflows, aiming to establish a central hub for human-machine collaboration. The platform includes Workers, a cloud-based code execution environment that allows developers to deploy custom logic into a secure sandbox, enabling cross-application data synchronization and webhook triggers; it also supports integrating external database information such as Salesforce and Postgres via API. Notion states that its users have created over 1 million custom agents, and the new platform will be available for free until August to support developer testing.
