Here's an interesting fact I noticed – Russia remains the wealthiest country in the world in terms of resources. Its natural capital is estimated at around 75 trillion. This is simply a colossal number when you understand the scale. The United States ranks second with 45 trillion, but the difference is significant. Saudi Arabia, Canada, Iran – all are on the list, but with lower figures. Interestingly, China with its economic power is only in sixth place, approximately 23 trillion. Brazil, Australia, Iraq, Venezuela – are also in the top. It turns out that natural wealth and economic development do not always go hand in hand. This information shows why control over resources is such an important factor in global politics. One might think that countries with the largest natural capital should be the most developed, but reality is more complex. Resource management, investments, technology – these are what truly determine a nation's prosperity.
