As usual, I first checked the large transfers on the blockchain this morning. Meme is quite lively again, but honestly, what I care more about now is "how to lose gracefully." My habit is: before entering, set a stop loss and don't change it during the trade; keep the position small enough that even if it goes to zero, it won't affect my livelihood. The more sensational the story, the easier it is to lead people into emotional reactions, so I use fixed rules to pull myself back.

Recently, new L1/L2 projects are offering incentives to attract TVL, and old users are complaining about "mining, selling, and dumping," which I can understand... Anyway, where there's a lot of wool, volatility is also high. Long-term for me isn't a talent, but a daily repetition of the same actions: watching data, thinking about exit points before placing orders, admitting mistakes. That's all for now.
