Lately, I've been obsessively farming testnet points, originally just practicing, but the more I farmed, the more it felt like I was "pre-claiming rewards." The thought of an airdrop made me reluctant to stop... Then I started adding tasks with leverage, to the point where my mindset became distorted.

Forget it, to put it simply: when practice turns into expectations, my stop-loss isn't about losing money, but about "losing time/emotional energy"—today I was stuck on a certain bridge, on a faucet for half an hour with no progress, so I just closed it and will come back tomorrow, no need to fight myself to the death.
Outside, people are still interpreting ETF fund flows and US stock risk appetite in relation to crypto market rises and falls, I can also be influenced by the rhythm, but honestly, testnet stuff is more like a patience game—don't treat yourself like a mining rig that’s about to smoke.
For now, that's it, a "brush teeth" style stop-loss.
