Recently, I saw a bunch of people moving around exchange hot and cold wallets as if it's "smart money positioning," but honestly, it's often just operations changing addresses or risk control adjusting positions—don't overthink it... I'm more concerned about: what long-term value do these PFPs/membership cards actually provide, or are they just tickets to say "I'm also here" at the peak of hype.

When it comes to branding, in Web3 it can easily turn into "today's avatar is uniform, tomorrow the group is quiet," after attention wanes, what's left are contracts, permissions, and whether on-chain delivery can be sustained. Cross-chain projects especially shouldn't play virtual; holding a PFP as a talisman really makes me laugh: when a bridge fails, proving who you are doesn't matter, proving your assets are still there is what matters. And then look again.
