After all these years, some folks still haven't figured it out. You can't actually prevent people from doing what they want online—never could, never will. Heavy-handed regulations? They don't solve problems. They just create new ones, push activity underground, and make enforcement a joke.
Over-regulation isn't protection. It's theater that backfires.

To be honest, regulating this thing has always been a fool's errand. People will do whatever they want; the more you suppress, the more they will run to the dark web, and in the end, you will only end up hurting yourself.

Laughing to death, here comes this old cliché again... Do you really think regulation can stop people? You're naive, fren.

You're right, the stricter the regulation, the deeper it is hidden; isn't that common sense?

You're absolutely right, that regulatory trap is completely useless... it only drives people to the dark web, and the government is just there getting high on their own supply.

ngl the real beauty here is how regulatory frameworks fail to account for the algorithmic inevitability of decentralized systems... this is exactly what my latest generative series on digital sovereignty explores

Regulating this thing has been going on for so many years, and it's getting more and more complicated, but the underlying logic still hasn't been figured out.

The regulations are just a paper tiger; the real bad guys have already run away, and the unfortunate ones are us who follow the rules.

You are right, the regulatory authorities really need to wake up; the fact that the more they regulate, the more chaotic it gets has long been proven.

You’re absolutely right, the stricter the regulatory measures, the more active the underground market becomes. How can some people not understand this logic?
