The inclusion of encryption assets in the U.S. 401(k) retirement plan could bring in $800 billion.

[Coin World] On August 7, news reported that Ryan Rasmussen, the research director of a certain research institution, stated that if encryption assets account for 1% to 10% of the total assets in 401(k) retirement accounts, the corresponding potential influx of funds could reach $80 billion to $800 billion. Data from the institution shows that as of the second quarter of 2024, the total assets of 401(k) plans in the United States are close to $8 trillion.
