Ukraine Reports Strikes on Four Russian Oil Facilities in Samara, Leningrad, and Krasnodar Regions

Gate News message, April 18 — Ukraine’s Armed Forces General Staff reported striking four key Russian oil facilities early on April 18, with fires recorded at the targeted sites. The attacked targets included the Novokuibyshevsk and Syzran refineries in Russia’s Samara region, the Lukoil oil product transshipment terminal in Leningrad region, and the Tikhoretsk oil pumping station in Krasnodar Krai.

According to Ukraine’s military statement, all four facilities are used to supply fuel to Russian forces. The extent of damage is still being assessed. Russia has not yet commented on the reports.
