Tianyin Group Subsidiary Invests RMB 2 Million in Energy Storage Company on Aug 14

According to an announcement on August 14, Tianyin Group Holdings' (02221) subsidiary Tianjin Tianchuang agreed to invest RMB 2 million in Beijing Shengrui Zhizhu Technology, with two co-investors contributing RMB 1.75 million and RMB 1.25 million respectively, bringing total registered capital to RMB 5 million.

Following the investment, Tianyin Group will hold 40% equity in the target company and consolidate it as an associate company in its financial statements. The investment targets new energy storage projects, including energy storage stations for investment, development, construction and operation in China.
