According to THORChain's official announcement, one Asgard Vault was attacked on May 15, resulting in approximately $10.7 million in losses and prompting the network to suspend trading functionality. The network's automatic detection systems triggered to halt signing activity and prevent further fund outflows. User funds remained unaffected; the losses were primarily from the protocol's own reserves.
