Oil Prices Rise on August 14; WTI Crude Gains 1.42%, Brent Up 1.67%

On August 14, crude oil futures prices climbed as trading closed. September-delivery light sweet crude (WTI) on the New York Mercantile Exchange rose $1.15 to $82.40 per barrel, gaining 1.42%. October-delivery Brent crude on ICE rose $1.45 to $88.52 per barrel, up 1.67%.
