Leaked Docs Reveal Putin Plans NATO Strike From Belarus, Zelenskyy Warns on May 16

According to Ukrainian President Zelenskyy, leaked Russian intelligence documents revealed on May 16 that Vladimir Putin is plotting an attack on NATO territory in the Baltics, with Belarus positioned as the launchpad. Zelenskyy cited the confidential documents, stating, "Russia is considering plans for operations to the south and north of Belarusian territory – either against the Chernihiv-Kyiv direction in Ukraine or against one of the NATO countries directly from the territory of Belarus." The alleged plans target two dozen political and military facilities, including Zelenskyy's headquarters. Poland and Baltic states Lithuania and Latvia, which share borders with Belarus, are viewed as facing potential danger.
