FG Nexus Exits All Ethereum Holdings by June 30, Reports $41.167M Loss in First Half 2026

According to The Block and SEC filings, Nasdaq-listed digital asset treasury company FG Nexus divested all of its Ethereum and staked ETH (wstETH) assets as of June 30, 2026, approximately one year after launching its ETH-focused treasury strategy.

In its latest quarterly SEC report, FG Nexus disclosed a $45.207 million loss from digital asset operations in the first half of 2026, with $41.167 million attributable to ETH investments. The company's ETH holdings had peaked at 50,770 tokens in September 2025 before the company rapidly reduced its position beginning in October 2025. FG Nexus stated it plans to redirect capital from the ETH sale toward real estate investments.
