Bank of Japan Expected to Raise Rates to 1.25% in Q4 2026, 1.50% by Q3 2027

According to a Reuters survey, the Bank of Japan is expected to raise interest rates to 1.25% in the fourth quarter of 2026, followed by a further increase to 1.50% in the third quarter of 2027. The forecast remains unchanged from the bank's April survey results.
